Video Embedding Tutorial Assignment

1. First you create the video tag.
2. Next you add the source element for a mp4 file.
3. Then you add the source element for an ogg file so that if the browser doesn't support mp4 they can still see the video.
4. Then if none of that works, you put "This browser does not support HTML5 video."
5. Then you close the video tag.
